We offer group and individual equipment classes from our fully equipped studios at pilates fairy meadow Surf Club and Balgownie Community Centre. Classes are held 7 days a week.
Classes are designed for all levels of fitness. From beginners through to those with a little yogi know-how, there is something for everyone. We have a number of reformer pilates machines and mat based classes. We also have a range of props like magic circles, bounce boards and therabands.
Once you have completed a few START UP classes, you can move on to the BODY MAINTENANCE sessions. These classes are limited to 3 people, ensuring your instructor can fine tune and work with you in super specific ways to help you achieve your goals. This is where you really start to see results!
